Summary
MCE provided the structural design and documentation for this development which included a reinforced concrete raft slab on the ground, reinforced concrete masonry walls including fire rated walls, reinforced concrete suspended slab, stairs and landings, timber framed walls including roof tie-down and bracing, and steel framed carport. Documentation was to the Department of Housing and Public Works’ specifications.
