Summary
MCE provided services for the revitalisation of Quay and Denham Streets in Rockhampton for Rockhampton Regional Council. MCE have undertaken the engineering design as sub consultants to Urbis and provided construction supervision works directly for Rockhampton Regional Council. MCE were directly involved since refining the master plan and provided traffic planning to assist in gaining approval for the new shared zone along Quay Street as well the design and certification of all civil services, storm water, bulk earthworks and structures.
