Walking Network Plan and Draft Works Program for Yeppoon CBD and Emu Park CBD
Walking Network Plans (WNPs) are a first step to creating better places to walk in our local communities, allowing more people to walk to everyday destinations that are connected by comfortable, direct, safe and accessible routes. In creating a WNP for the Yeppoon CBD and Emu Park CBD, user groups from all different backgrounds will now be able to connect to each other and to the wealth of coastal beauty and activities available in their community. Our local team were able to understand the value that the project outcomes could provide to the community, and by collaborating early on with council and key stakeholders we were able to successfully deliver Livingstone Shire Council with a single integrated transport system accessible to everyone.
